libby + chris {jeremy chou photoworks + shannon lee images workshop}

so here i was one beautiful {late} august sunday…

i know awesome view right?can anyone guess the location? city?perhaps the light tower gives it away… i was at hotel maya in long beach for the jeremy chou {photoworks} and shannon lee {images} wedding photography workshop. ♥ i have to add {and hopefully it’s not just me} that  i always manage to get lost everytime i go to the lbc  even with directions in hand {insert sad face here}. and yes, i got lost going to the workshop. haha

i was beyond excited to meet jeremy and shannon along with the other attendees!  we started out with a nice brunch to meet and greet before getting down to business. so lets get down to business shall we?

this is libby and chris. they were our fabulous models for the day.

don’t you just love the bright colors of the bridal bouquet???well there’s tons more color plus creative details galore from this safari themed session. yes, i said SAFARI!!so if you love zebra print {and even if you don’t love it…haha}, you will be sure to fall in love. i know i did. view on loves. what did i tell you? are you head over heels in love yet? haha. talk about inspiration overload, seriously. i was literally drooling over all the details…and what about the cake?

after shooting all the lovely details, we got a chance to take more pictures of the gorgeous models! 

i absolutely love this photo. libby and chris are newlyweds by the way! ♥

i walked away from this workshop feeling more inspired than ever. while we discussed techniques and the business side of things, the best part i would say is that i now have “photog friends” who share the same passion and drive for photography as i do.thanks again jeremy and shannon for putting this together.
